Password Protection and Confidentiality
The account holder is responsible for all use of their account and confidentiality of personal password and user information. The Stark County Clerk of Courts and the Common Pleas Court will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords or user information. We use a secure system and make every reasonable effort to maintain the confidentiality of all account holder information gathered for use with the system. All information remains strictly confidential unless ordered to be released by a court of law.
